articles on regular basis (2 articles/ week) on arts & crafts

Hi, I am looking for freelancer (based out of india) who can write articles on arts & craft. these articles shall go in a blog and objective is to provide knowledge / tips / information to people about the arts (example one of the topic can be - relation or influence of colors on emotions). Person should have deep interest in arts & craft and catchy writing skill with good grammar, spelling & punctuation I may give you titles to write on, you will have to research and write about arts & crafts, art appreciation etc. Knowledge in this area is really important.
