Il s'agit de reproduire des voitures des années 80 en modèles 3D et simplifiés à partir de photos. Puis les mettre en plan pour pouvoir les fabriquer à partir de planches de bois et une scie à chantourner pour du maquettisme.
Joliscopeaux: notre entreprise est spécialisée dans la niche du chantournage sur bois, et nous proposons toutes sortes de plans de fabrication pour les passionnés du bois qui souhaitent faire du loisir créatif.
Vous devrez ainsi reproduire plusieurs modèles de voitures en vous inspirant de notre style de conception et proposer une mise en plan facilitant la découpe pour nos clients.
Il y a donc 2 parties au projet :
- la création des modèles 3d sur la base de photos que nous fournirons, et le photoréalisme de ces modèles dans un contexte (en train d'être monté, le rendu final sous différents angles)
- la mise en plan des pièces à découper sur un format PDF (pour le client final) et DXF pour nous. Il y aura les instructions de découpe et conseils de montage pas-à-pas avec des éclatés et du texte explicatif. Il y aura 2 version de plan pour chaque modèle : 1 écrit en Français, l'autre écrit en Anglais. Les normes de dessin à respecter sont Européenne et l'unité le mm, l'échelle 1:1, le cartouche sera au nom de [login to view URL] avec notre logo.
Vous devrez être communicatif, nous tenir informé de l'avancement, partager votre résultat régulièrement et être proactif dans les idées présentées. Nous pourrons apporter des corrections à vos propositions.
Attention les élément standards devront reprendre des dimensions bien précises liées à notre stock : planches de bois, roues, essieux, volant, tonneaux, baril, phares, tiges en bois, etc.
En option : non obligatoire et selon votre capacité, réaliser la vidéo des pièces à découper (de celles qui sont complexes) et du montage de chaque modèles.

Our need is to reproduce cars/trucks from the 80's in 3D models and simplify them. You are going to work from a picture(s). Then you will draft parts in order the final client to build it with wood boards and a scroll saw for maquetisme.

You will reproduce many car models inspiring you from our design style and propose drafting enabling wood cut easily for our clients.
Thus, there will be 2 parts in our project :
- 3D design based on pictures we will supply, and photorealism of these 3D models in differents life situation (being assembled, final rendering with different angles)
- drafting all parts in PDF (for final client) and DXF for us. There will cutting instruction and assembling advices with a step by step exploded views and explicative text instructions. 2 draft version for each design : first written in French, the other one in English. Europeen drafting standards, mm as a unit, 1:1 as a scale, draft title will be in our brand name : [login to view URL] with our logo.
You will be communicative, and inform us about your work, share your resultat on a week basis and be proactive in your ideas. We will bring corrections to your propositions and you will implement them.
Careful, stardards elements will be of precises dimensions according to our stock : wood boards, wheels, axis, steering wheel, barrel, headlights, etc.
In option (not compulsary and according to your ability), you will realise cutting video of the complexe parts, and an assembling video for each model.

I've seen Your website. It's awesome project. I love designing. I've been 3D designer for 5 years. I have experience in designing models becouse of my job here in Poland. I running my own workshop which offers 3D modelling and 3D printing.
I've designed and 3D printed a few complex projects. Please refer to my portfolio. You can find there the tram which I designed only from pictures and photos. Next I cut model into 75 printable parts, print it and put all together. The scale of the prints is 1:50.
The models of houses were designed from 2D documentation which the architect gave me. The houses are folding so You can look inside. Especially, to print the tiles in fine quality was very challenging . The scale of the prins is 1:87
What's make me comfortable in such projects is my 5 years experience in 3D modeling. I design in Solidworks which allows me to prepare 2D sketches too. I've done this before. If You'd like to I can send You a few exploded views I've done before.
I know one guy who can do proffesional videos so we can do assembly tutorials for You too.

My 3D printers can print from wood composites too.
