PLEASE READ BRIEF CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SBMIT PROPOSAL: And answer my question at the end of the brief please. Create total of 3 renderings. Based on photographs - I do NOT have any architectural drawings or CAD files. First one is the exterior. You are to look at the attached photo. Clean up the look of the facade so it matches the exterior 3D rendering attached. You are to put in two more floors. And a rooftop on one of the ends. Then we need to make one interior rendering, from a living room, handout to a rooftop terrace. And the other one, just turn the camera around a look from outdoor terrace and into the living room. Attached it the image of the interior - how it is today. It does not need to be exact like that at all. But the idea is to have windows on the right side (matching the windows of the building exterior of course) and at the end - have big windows and doors that open up to the rooftop terrace. Attached is also reference interior renderings that shows rooftop and interior. You can just copy paste the for the interior look in the file: sample [login to view URL] But you will have to mirror the look (so the windows are on the other side) and at the end you will have to cut it off with windows toward rooftop (where it today keeps going on into kitchen) For the rooftop, I have attached some samples. The sample roof [login to view URL] shows how the camera outsides should be placed - looking inside. But sample roof [login to view URL] as well as screenshot....jpg shows the look of a typical rooftop. PS! I will give you a view to put in on the rooftop. PS! It is important that the quality is the same as the sample renderings. Final question, time is very very important to me!! And I need this done as soon as absolutely possible. I will need drafted low res version within 24 hours if possible - and then high res as soon as possible after. How fast are you able to give me the first drafts?? (PS, low res draft, still need to have high quality in regards to the look, like the interior sample rendering, but the resolution can be low so you dont spend that much time rendering)
