Cafe design

I'm looking for someone good who could design me a cafe in 3D, quick and fast in probably less than 1 week not more. Excellent in communication with the client and is alright with minor changes. Any 3D software will do, as long as it is well designed. I'm a designer too, so you could suggest/discuss me anything you want. This cafe is for a HOTDOG company. Requirements are as below: Cafe has to have a look and feel of the country Malaysia (maybe with murals on the wall or anything else, suggestions is welcomed) The scale of design is up to you. In the cafe there should be at least 5 or more Programs/Activities that is: - Order counter - Cafe - Photobooth area (Instagram) - and 2 other stuff (anything you think is good for the cafe) Rendering (Could be done by me to speed up the process and save cost): - 5 best angle of cafe design - 30 seconds flythrough cam *Working files has to be given so that anything in the future can be edited. Company names, logos and anything else will be mentioned if you are interested in taking this project. We have a strategy board which we can share with you as well as our precedent studies.
