I can only say that I can make you a great floor plan and I can convert your 5 bedroom 5 bath into 4 bedroom and 3 baths with much bigger sizes. Lets talk about the sizes a bit more so that I know which space belongs to whom. I can give you the basement floor plan also with the stairs leading to it.
