Creative Recruitment Job (Linkedin & Headhunting skills required) -- 2

I own a property development and investment business based in Bristol/Bath. I'd like to take the business to the next level by entering into the central London boutique residential market. To do this I would like to recruit a high calibre Residential Development Manager who can add significant value to the business and play an invaluable part in its ongoing success. My desire is to initially find someone who can come on board in a freelance &/or contract &/or project-to-project based capacity while we establish a London pipeline of projects, who can then step up into a senior/divisional head position as we continue to grow. From a recruitment standpoint I would like to find someone who has knowledge and experience of the real estate development and investment industry, who also is an out-of-the-box thinker capable of creating a recruitment strategy to source, court and secure a first-class candidate for the role. I would like a recruiter who is savvy with Linkedin and comfortable networking and making contact with key introducers and potential candidates direct in a discreet and professional manner. This is an important step for my business and it is of paramount importance that I have have a team of the highest calibre step forward with. Naturally, I will collaborate with you as necessary to define the required job description for the role.
