I have just recently instaled my own Arch Linux server, where I'm currently hosting Odoo, that uses Python and PostgreSQL. It also uses a reverse proxy for HTTPS using Nginx. I'm kind of really proud of it, since it only uses 380MB of RAM when not under load. I think It wuld be no problem for me to assist in issues you guys will encounter on your way.
