This software(which can be written in either python or c++ your preference) Will watch a bitcoin address example here([login to view URL]) When a bitcoin address receives bitcoins the software should send an api order on [login to view URL] to sell future contracts equal to the amount of bitcoins recieved ([login to view URL]) When the address sends coins out of the wallet to a different address it should then buy back futures in the amount of coins sent(This should be a close only order it should not open new positions). I would like a config file with these variables Contract Type Leverage Slippage "which would represent (bid + ask/2)*X " X would be a number like 1.005(to enter orders half a percent over or under. this will allow the bot to make market orders(above ask / under bid)

I have done a few small projects in Python and am currently working on a much larger Python project with embedded JSON. I have also been coding C++ for about 20 years but I think Python sounds like a better choice for this project. I am in California and can work on this tomorrow (Sunday). I have also done some web scraping projects.
