Good knowledge of the following modules is required: requests, StringIO, zipfile, numpy, pandas, matplotlib, sklearn. The first question relates to getting data using an API, creating a dictionary of DataFrames, and master table information. The second question relates to computing a 99% confidence interval. The third question relates to performing a Bayesian analysis to predicting the likelihood of an election win. The fourth question relates to predicting the results an upcoming election. The work needs to be completed within four days of this posting. It is expected around five hours of work will be required.

I'm a PhD student in Engineering with a Master's in Statistics. Expert in Matlab, Econometric and statistical modeling of pretty much everything you can think of. These include expertise on protocol development, research study designs, sample size calculations, data management, and data analysis using various statistical software’s (i.e. STATA, Eviews, R & SPSS), statistical interpretation and report writing. Sounds an interesting project, will work asap once you give me the project detail. I know well the scipy stack, pandas, and requests. Used sklearn few times in the past but I suppose it has a built-in lib for bayesian analysis. cheers, signstructure
