Client software python (windows linux mac) for openvpn

Hello, I'm looking for a developer to make a software client for manage openvpn and network interface for a vpn service. The purpose of soft is to ask the username and password of client, and then, display account information like traffic used, connected (or not), change the open port, or change the target location. When the user wanna connect,the script will get the ip to connect with information on server and then, start openvpn and monitor it. The software must also check every 30s the output ip is from vpn, or reconnect if an error appened. The software will also manage the route on windows or linux by an option in panel to allow only traffic by vpn. A design already done will be use. the Software have also to be in system tray, and have option to start with windows/linux I have already done a part of this in php client, but php doesn't support thread, so don't support admin right (on windows) when openvpn is starting, that python solved this issue.
