Dissertation Editing

Hi, I'm looking to get a 15,000 word dissertation edited. Provider must be a qualified, native British English speaker [only from the UK] and - as such - able to make his/her bid and converse via PMB in perfect English. Document will be edited in Word with the 'Track Changes' feature, and I will expect the provider to be happy to edit a short sample paragraph before beginning work.
