Compute a complete CPM/PERT diagram on acedemic project management problems. There are 6 easy problems in total. Problem 1 is attached below. Problem 2-5 will be sent accordingly. Each diagram must show critical path and slack times. Solutions can be done in either paper or computer. A scanned hand-written solutions paper is acceptable but should be neat and readable. Deadline submission is Friday 1 May,2015.
