Coordination for service-based startup

I'm looking for help in the very early stages of a startup. We are launching a service-based product in late August and we will need someone to help us coordinate the project. This will entail keeping a list of the customers who sign up for our service, keeping a list of the pool of contractors that we hire to provide that service, and helping to set up appointments between our customers and our contractors. We will provide you with a checklist of all of the appointments that need to be set up, including the timeframes during which they need to be set up. Additionally, you will follow up with contractors after meetings to ensure that they have completed the service, and you will make sure that all notes from the meeting are recorded properly.
We will look to begin working with you during the last week of August. The hours needed will vary depending on the number of customers that we sign up, but we expect to need approximately 15 hours per week.
