I am currently a Senior Delay Analyst and Claims Consultant for Nexus-Global. Before joining Nexus-global on Feb-15, I was the Planning and Risk Management Manager at one of CCC’s Projects (Consolidated Contractors International Company). I worked for CCC since Nov-2006 and up to Jan-15. Before Joining CCC, I worked for Petrojet (An Egyptian Construction Company) as Planning and Cost Control Engineer for 4 years.
I am a certified member at the Charted Institute of Arbitrators. I am a certified PMP, PMI-SP and PMI-RMP and have a Diploma in Project Management from the American University in Cairo and currently I am pursuing my master degree in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University in Scotland (Online Distant Learning) expected to be completed in 2017.
I have 13+ years of proven track record in all facets of project management and construction management with focus on EOT claims, delay analysis, planning, cost control, contracts, and risk management. The value of managed scope is more than 7 Billion USD. Also I am a part time project management and personal development trainer and have various professional activities such as speaking at several conferences in GCC mainly about Risks facing the construction projects in Qatar and GCC and how to mitigate these risks, I am also a volunteer for PMI as an evaluator for various yearly awards and write articles to magazines such as PM Network, The Edge and QCN.
