I have worked within multiple businesses in implementing project management procedure and policies. I have a few systems that I have used previously that I can suggest and assist with the set up of the tools. (For example I have used Jira, Prolog, Internal Business Tools. I also have looked into leadvision, zoho. It will depend on your requirements as to what will work best for your business).
I am assuming from your statement that you are looking for a program that can assist with the project management, not a manual project management system of PMO office set-up. Is that correct? Either way I have been involved in both Project Office set-ups and in using project management software in my lines of work.
