Affiliate Recruitment Manager

We are looking for an affiliate manager who will source, contact and recruit relevant affiliates on a daily basis for our business while continuing to serve our existing affiliates. You will initially sign up as a tier 1 affiliate to our program then you will actively work to recruit tier 2 affiliates through your affiliate link. This way you will earn 20% ongoing commission of the tier 2 commission payments as an added bonus to the project costs. You must have: A knowledge of how affiliate marketing works Can communicate perfectly in English written/verbally You can understand and follow an instruction manual Can mail merge emails and work with excel spreadsheets You can self motivate and work at a good rate of pace You can work to a recruit a minimum target of 2 affiliates per day You can manage a diary so that you can follow up with would be affiliates Have Skype and drop box along with a good working computer set-up You will report on a weekly basis of your progress Desirable: a working knowledge of Gmail, IDevAffiliate and ZenDesk This is a temporary position however if successful if would turn into a long term job offer.
