AI for a Card Game

I've got a card game with some basic AI, and I'm looking to improve it. I'm open to suggestions, but some of the approaches I've been interested are described breifly in these links: * <[login to view URL]> <!-- --> * <[login to view URL]> <!-- --> * <[login to view URL]> The card game is not one of the more common ones (more information given after a bid is accepted), but the rules are basic. Many useful methods will already be defined programmatically. This AI will be used in an Android app, and so should be in Java and optimized for mobile devices.
