Customer support email system

I need Customer support email system like [[login to view URL]][1] or <[login to view URL]> that would help us support our customer. What we have, 1. MS Outlook installed on all machines. 2. We use one common G-Mail account to research, assign and answer the email coming from customers. What we need, 1. Gmail kind of system where everybody can research in common database but have their own email inbox. 2. They should not be able to see emails unless it is assigned to them. 3. Response received from customers would automatically be forwarded to original responders email. I dont want someone to develop the system. I konw there are lot of open system available in market for free and paid. I want you do research and install one for us. We dont have common server at the moment but can dedicate one computer for same. I look forward to your help on this. Please let me know if you have use and importantly configured any of the sytem. We would love to hear from you . Please do not bid on this project unless you have prior experience doing similar thing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
