Clone ebook site to 2 new sites

We just finished a home staging ebook and need the following help: 1) Clone the site [login to view URL] to 2 other websites. It also needs to be on [login to view URL] and home-staging-class-online.com. We have registered these 2 new domains and have web space available. 2) Add 4 simple pages to each site (Contact Us (form); About Us, Terms & Conditions, and FAQ). 3) Optimize each of the 2 sites for Adwords (Good meta tags, image tags, H1 and H2 headers, relevant keyword placement in each page, etc.) Looking for someone who can do this fast and with detail.
