Asterisk PBX project

very simple 1 day/morning project for voip Asterisk knowledgable expert with right skill set. use a remote desktop to set up, install, configure for me a programme which will allow me to spoof caller ID on phone calls to a specific mobile in Turkey quickly with 1 click. Can be done using existing VOIP provider of frellancer's choice, but must be set up so easy to use and offer demo to me. I will pay any necessary fees to VOIP provider, to rent trunk line etc. In short I need installation and configuration etc so that I can call a mobile phone in Turkey and ensure that I can choose 1 of a 100 different numbers to appear on caller id display in that location. ## Deliverables I have an IT project I need to set up. I do not want to spend alot of time researching the area and prefer to pay somebody to solve my problem. I do not think it is difficult for somebody with Asterisk experinece. Here is my need: I need to be able to call a colleague on his mobile phone in Turkey from my desktop computer in UK repeatedly (up to 50 times per day). I do not actually need to speak to him ever, I just need to be able to alter the caller ID each time I call him. I need to have the option of choosing a minimum of 100 different "signals" when I call him. He will read the signal by looking at the caller ID. Clearly, I cannot have 100 different mobile phones sitting on my desk and fumble about to find the one I want depending on which signal I want to send. I need an electronic solution. I am proposing to achieve this by using business VOIP with caller ID spoofing. For example, if somebody could set up caller ID spoofing over VOIP for me, we could have an agreement whereby the last 2 digits of the number would have a different meaninig. (00 through to 99) The reason I need to do this is so that I can signal to him when he is away from his computer. He does not have the time to answer phone and speak to me. SMS text messages and pagers are too slow and unreliable for our needs. In contrast, caller ID always flashes up on receiving phone with a few seconds providing phone is in range. This is perfect for us. But I need a way to be able to select which message I want to send him on my computer desktop in 1 ckick and initiiate dialling very quickly when certain triggers take place. I need to be able to select which of the hundred numbers I wish to appear in his caller ID very quickly, in less than 2 seconds, and then immediately place a call. Effectively I can then send a message to his mobile phone with very low delay or latency via caller ID. I have investigated services such as [login to view URL] but these seem to amateur and unprofessional for my needs. In addition, they need to place a call to me first before calling the other person. This is far too slow and not sutiable. I have investigated and see that caller id spoofing seems possible with Asterisk and SIP and business grade VOIP etc but this is too complex an area for me to start researching from scratch. I see this may need to run on Linux. Basically what I need to do with the programmer is this. I will give him remote access to a computer at my home. He will then need to set up, install the relevant voip software configure it etc. When he is finished he will then need to show me over msn or remote login how the technology works. Basically, when I am finished I want the following to happen. I decide which message I wish to signal to my colleague on his mobile phone in Turkey. the freelancer has installed a simple interface on my desktop with an easy interface which with 1 click allows me to select the signal I want to send (as mentioned previously I need to be able to send a minimum of 100 different signals, clearly I cannot set up 100 different goolge voice accounts and have them all logged in at once and then find the 1 for the right number and call my colleague. This would be too slow and cumbersome.) Let us say for this example I want to send message [login to view URL] now, once frellancer has finished his project I will be able to click on an icon representing number 33. The programme then immediately places a call to the Turkish mobile phone number of my colleague and displays on his handset a caller id number the 1st part of which doesn't matter but which must end in "33". I realise that it will take a few seconds for the VOIP software to place the call and for the phone to start ringing. that does not matter. As long as the software starts to dial immediately. I would prefer the product to work with a free voip platform like asterisk I think so that I limit call charges when I am sending signals, but this is not essential. It could be that the freelancer chooses to set me up with a paid for subscription to a suitable VOIP provider. This is ok with me, and I would obviously pay for the subscriptions calling fees etc. it is possible that the freelancer to complete this project may not even need to design or write any software at all - it may be that the programme I need is already available on the web. If that is the case, that is fine. Then all the programmer needs to do is install it on my computer and show me how to use it. But it must meet my needs as described in this brief. To repeat: I am not asking the freelancer to create a VOIP product from scratch. He can use existing product like Asterisk or phonebooth or something if he can get it to do what I want. What I am asking him to do is set up and install everything on my desktop computer so I can just sit down at my computer, receive a demonstration from him and then start sending caller ID signals that meet the requirements described here immediately. i would prefer the solution to not involve voip rental charges for me after the project has been delivered, but if necessary (I imagine call charges will be zero as no calls will ever be answered) I would be prepared to pay some modes rental fees to a voip provider (but not to the freelancer.)
