Project Report - Individual assignment Students will produce a closing report for their project. The report will document the successes and failures of the project. Students must present their own ideas on why the project was a success or why it failed or was challenged. The purpose of the assignment is to assess the student learning for the following module learning outcomes: Managing People • effective on-going motivation of team • detailed provision of statements from people who observed you working with the team and other relevant people during the project Managing Contracts for Projects • efficient management of contractors and suppliers Project Closing • Appropriate handover of project and closure
