Android project 2D carousel selector (similar to wallpaper selection, but loops)

Hi there, I need an app that is a selector of apps that are arranged in a carousel. the user can swipe left and right to select the app. Please only take on the project if you can meet the time line. I need this to be done in 2 days.. The powerpoint attached will explain the whole flow. The carousel should have "n" icons, which can be declared and managed in an array object. The carousel should loop, meaning to say icon 1 will reappear at the end, like a cycle. Each icon will have a correspondent "clickable" (boolean), "iconX_description"(also image) and "iconX_packagename" (string). This will be needed when the user click on the icon that is in the center of the carousel.
