I'm looking for a Customer Success Star with a proven track record in service to help make Follow Up Boss a leader in customer support. We are a fast growing software company providing simple software to real estate agents and teams in the USA. Customer support is a KEY component in helping our customers achieve their goals. As the Customer Success Manager, you'll be helping agents and teams setup their accounts, implement best practices and be successful implementing our software and growing their business. You'll also be on the front lines; writing emails and talking to customers, as well as supporting me by letting me know what we can do to make things in our business simpler and better for our customers. This position is for someone who loves talking to people and can drive our customer service to another level. Weekly responsibilities include: *Welcoming and onboarding new customers *Helping customers setup accounts over gotomeeting and the phone *Responding to customer questions and recommendations *Monitoring existing accounts and helping clients improve their outcomes *General Admin / Answering the phone / Answering website chat We are looking for someone initially with 20 - 30 hours per week. I am looking for a long term employee, not just a temporary solution. You must be able to work from home, take phone calls & make outgoing calls. You will get a special number for this. You will need to have high speed internet access, be a fast learner, a hard worker, and not get distracted working from home. If you are awesome, and ready to get started, please tell me why I should hire you. Position starts at $17 an hour. After 90 days of awesome performance we can raise your pay. You can work from anywhere although you are ideally based in North America. You would ideally work between these times 9am - 5pm East Coast Time Mon - Fri.

Hello! My name is Mary Grace L. Silverio. I am 25 years old from the Philippines. I had been in the call center industry since September 2008 until June 2013 with different companies. From September 2008 to October 2009, I had been an outbound sales agent, selling weight loss supplements which I had been a best agent for 5 months in a row. With in that year, I was promoted as a Quality Assurance specialist because of my outstanding performance and having the highest QA scores consistently. Due to recession, my company needs to close down its based to the Philippines. Then in June 2011, NCO-RMH hired my services as telesales agent for Sprint, we are selling postpaid plans and mobile phones, we also do up-selling. I also hit our 30% goal conversion weekly and monthly. I had been an Subject Matter expert after 5 months. Then I was hired by Hilton Hotels to be a Reservation Specialist/Appointment setter for their Northwest Division hotels where I had been a constant performer for 9 months. Wanting a greener pasture, I transferred to Concur Technologies and was hired as a User Support Analyst, helping clients in their expense reports and technical troubleshooting. After 5 months, I was promoted as a Program Administrator that configures the system for expense reporting website, SalesForce and mobile applications. After a year and a half I filed resignation due to personal reasons. I believe from my skills and work experiences I am qualified to be one of your agents.
