Burkina Faso purchasing agent

I need reliable purchasing agent located in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso to source, purchase 20kg unrefined biege/ivory shea butter and ship to me in U.S. via Sonapost EMS International ongoing monthly to biweekly basis. Purchasing agent must have their own cash to cover cost of purchasing 20kg unrefined biege/ivory shea butter and shipment to me in U.S via EMS International. Funds for cost of 20kg unrefined shea butter, shipping plus insurance (or declare value) and expense reimbursements will be held via escrow until I confirm receipt of delivery of parcel(s). Which means purchasing agent will have to provide a valid Sonapost EMS tracking number to me. No exceptions! Purchasing agent must understand and speak English clearly and have Skype/gmail for continuous communication and updates on notification of delivery of parcels.
