Design and formulate a highly dissolvable tablet

Product Details:

- 8-18 grams in weight, with certain required ingredients.

- Fully dissolved in water within 30 seconds

- Must be consumable and flavored

There is a current Patent Journal with detailed formulas of the prototypes that have been made thus far. I am looking for a chemist who can assist in perfecting the formula. NDA required.
