I have 25 years working in product design and manufacturing and have the skills to take any product right through the design process to a level ready for manufacture. Working for many international companies such as Wallmart, Speedo, Hitachi, Visa, Tommie tippie and Tomy. To date I have assisted in taking over 40 products into production and have been responsible for creating IP for many other companies. There are 3 basic stages to my work. Stage 1 – initial concept done in 3D CAD and presented as a rendered image Stage 2 – design refinement based on your feedback from stage 1 Stage 3 – Development of chosen concept – this will look at developing parts for manufacture or prototyping. I have a experirence of 1 year and 9 months in product modelling on Catia V5. I have been using different work bench for modeeling as per the requirements. I also have a knowledge of Solidworks and SP3D.
