Car design with a file of engineering info

Hello! I want some engineering skills to complete this project, I want someone who knows everything about cars and everything about car factories. Read very well before bidding. I want a file that contains two important steps: - Car Design with the required criteria, using AutoCAD/SolidWorks - Report that contains everything that a car factory contains: - All the machines we need in a car factory (body kit machine, combining machine, rims machine, ... and everything that a car factory is formed) - How to combine a car (How to combine between the body kit, the chassis, and all the part, not too detailed, but what we need to combine it) - How many workers we need in a car factory to complete everyday a car - Dealers of the machines and the price of each machine. - What should a car factory produce (like the body kit... ), and what it should buy (parts like the motor, the rims,..) to have the total of the budget of the factory not more than 5 millions dollars. - And many other additions and information that a mechanical engineer should add to this file, what I didn't mentioned and you find it important for a car factory. Please read very well the requirements and bid if you can make it for this budget. But I need real information. Good Luck.
