I work as a structural drafter, I am used to detailing and calculating materials, I would like to prepare a project for you to see if you like my work, if so, then I think I'd prefer to provide you a quote for each following project as, in my experience, hourly rate work tends to make one or both parties sad in the end. I can start straight away and will prioritise your projects to minimise downtime. My fee will always include any revisions if there are minor designor material changes. Hello Gamkagan, After studying and working in the architectural, engineering and construction field for many years drafting and constructing many projects mastering my skills, I would like to share my knowledge and expertise. I can easily pick a part architectural prints deciphering the scope of work. I am confident in saying this as I currently create both architectural plans for one client and estimate custom metal flashing for another client providing shop drawings required to be submitted to the architect for approval. To further assist my understanding of issued areas I redraft areas in 3D AutoCAD to see all angles of the scope.
