Remove Background From Image

I have an image of a person and I need the background removed so only the person remains. In part of the picture, the background of the image can be seen through the subjects hair. It is important that the background be entirely removed while the subjects hair remains. Quality and attention to detail are very important to this project. This is a high quality image and I expect the same high quality in the edited version. The chosen freelancer should provide me with the PSD and PNG of the edited image to complete the project.
