Design projectiles for 2D games and animate them

I am making a projectile pack to be used in Unity games and which will be sold on the Unity Asset Store. As of now, I require 9 of them (the list will be given once the freelancer will be chosen). I require animated projectiles, two to three animations per projectile: creation, fly, hit. For example, imagine how a fireball is created in the air, flies and hits something, then disappears. I would require these animations sent as image sequences, clearly specifying which animation frame it is and of what kind. They would also be of low resolution, not above 400x400, in any case, they might get scaled down afterwards. These projectiles can be various - think from fireballs to pies. I will pay 5 euros per projectile (two to three animations for one projectile). If the hired freelancer will do a good job - he/she will be able to work on this in the future. Furthermore, if you apply for this job, you must be aware that I will sell these projectiles in the Unity Asset Store and, by applying to this job, you fully agree that I have the right to sell or modify your supplied work in any way I want to and you, at no point, will raise an objection against doing so.
