Create Landscape Park Design via AutoCad

Have an area that I want to convert into a new park area for a home owner's association. This is just preliminary but it's just to get the project to the board and it will eventually be up to the home owners if they want to move forward. However, I would like to provide something visual for them to imagine what it could look like before it goes to a architect and engineer to determine feasibility. So what I need is a conversion from the attached files into an AutoCad file. What I would like to see are the following: Outline of area with added brick wall around Streets as they appear Parking lot with stalls: leading from Olive Rd - as seen in picture Added tennis court with fencing - 78'x36' 2 half basketball court with fencing - 45'x30' each Fenced dog area Pathways leading to all amentities Seating areas throughout BBQ area Swimming Pool with Pool House and fencing around pool Landscaped trees and shrubs There's no specific design layout in mind so have fun with it but make it simple. Nothing too detailed as it will most likely be revised and altered. I refer to the designer for the overall best flow with the size and list of wants above. The most critical thing is that the proportions of the amenities must be correct in measurement to the overall area. I think there's enough room for everything. The final file must be editable and AutoCad 2012 compatible.
