We have an existing tile on our website which requires modification or replacement (identical size). The existing tile relates to an 'interim report' which now needs to be replaced by the 'new report'.

Compared to the existing tile attached, the requested changes are:

- A thumbnail of the new report cover (also attached). Preferably at an angle that shows the 'reset' button on keyboard.

- Headline text to be changed to: LATEST report

- Tagline text to changed to: Our global research identifies a 'new succession'.

The new image needs to match in size to the current tile.
