After Effects Logo Sting Template Modify

I have a logo sting template, I need a new background adding to it and two brand logos and a URL putting on it, you'll need to own Trapcode Particular I think, but its hard to tell the plugins required to make it work. It's really easy to update the Logo and URL but I can't work out how to amend the background and/or add bokeh lights
