Custom CGI/Photoshop image for website landing page

We are looking for someone to create a highly customised image for our business landing page which can be based on photography or CGI. We dont have or own any images that the graphic can be based on but will look to buy a stock image based on the recommendations of the sucsessful artist. The image is to be a view of a road/highway with an engaging and visually stunning background with three vehicles parked facing towards the viewer accross the road (front on view of the vehicles) slightly fanned out. There are to be three people positioned next to the vehicles as a black outline/silhouette. The vehicles are to be one sports car/super car one SUV/4WD and one motorbike. Each vehicle can be based on an existing vehicle image but will need to be enhanced with CGI to increase the visual impact. Attached is a sample image that is a mock up of the concept. This is NOT the image we want to base the final artwork on. Please do not bid for this job unless you have exceptional photoshop/CGI skills. The task will be fairly demanding as it is critically important to us that this image represents our organisation and is visually grabbing to attract interest in our project.
