Digital drawing : simple

Hello I need an illustrator to do a simple job on a PSD file (can be done on Illustrator and added in PSD file if needed). Basically, on the image, there is a layer called "Colours" : I need these colours to look like penciling instead of solid colors. The idea is to send me a sample of penciling to agree on the penciling technique. Here is the image in attachement (the file I'll send you will be a PSD with buildings and colours on different layers) Needs to be done ASAP Thank you
