Converting and light styling of ready models

Have a couple of 3d models ready made in autocad that we need converted to 3ds or c4d aswell as a light textrual overhaul. Two outputs. One where the models will be exported seperately. And one where some of the models are placed on a ready made model of a ship.
Will be used in a offset printed brochure.
Materials mostly metal.
Soft but viewable shadows.
