Design for a Personal Portfolio website

Hello I need a design for a new website, a portfolio especially for mobile apps (Android, screenshots are 320x480 and 480x320 px ), but should also? accommodate? pages for backend projects (just text descriptions for testimonials) and websites. I am looking for quality first, so keep that in mind.
