Database language changer using google translate

i need a program which is change the languae of entrys(wordpress database) to another languages with using google translate database is wordpress sql database and program only change entrys and comments like english to german , english to france and the first and one rule is program only use google translate service. i dont know how but this is rule. than its give the new sql file for wordpress. sql file is 2,5gb so a little bit big and have 500000 entry you can make program with any program language , dosnt matter c++ or delphi or anything
