I am looking for a website designer who can

design a website with the same basic functionality as craigslist.

I don't want it to look like craigslist but be able to list items, upload

pictures, search, and unlike craigslist have some type of paypal integration to accept payments (through paypal for now) for membership fee.

Would like people to be able to view it, but not able to interact with the site unless they are a member...

After project is done and if succesful, I will have more work for whomever it may be
