Custom OSCommerce Site

Payment will be through PayPal - not GAF. I need a custom OScommerce installation to an already - made website. Basically, here are the features I need: -Horizontal (not traditional vertical) scroll -4 dropdown menus for customizing the product before check out, which will adjust the price -An area for "Notes" before the check out -Needs an area for "color list" with a bunch of different types of colors -Upload of products -Options in product upload that allows you to choose up to 5 variables that will adjust the drop down menus accordingly.. -Additional (smaller) features MAY be required, but these are the major points. I need this done in 7 days for less than $300.
