classified site modification - PHP / MYSQL - very small project

Will escrow entire amount once I see some progress. I have completed design document instructions, and I did a mock up of all pages in html. (you simply insert the php into the pages and make it work). Basic summary: I run a classified website for college students. the script was made by a programmer chosen through GAF. Now, I need to add one more feature: I need to add a textbook section. What I need done is to allow a forum to post specifically for posting textbooks. I create a forum through my admin panel (ACP). I check the checkbox "textbook forum". this makes the forum a textbook forum (which will have different fields such as author, title, etc). when users post to this textbook forum, the post page will look like this image ([login to view URL]). it should have all the fields you see there. (the normal forum just has title, and description) and then users clicks submit. now when someone is browsing the textbook forum, the post should look like this image ([login to view URL]). it simply shows the details users entered from the post page. also, when displaying the post in the forum, the textbook posts should display the author and the ISBN # below the post title link. see image ([login to view URL]). also, when users search the textbook forum, the search should query all the fields (like author, isbn, title, etc). again: ** will pay no more than $50 for this project - paid AFTER project completes **. if you don't agree with these terms, simply don't bid and waste my time.
