Data Library Project - Bug Fix

This is an existing PHP ceded data library. It is ready for installation except for several syntax errors. My PHP programmer just quit and I dont have enough time of familiarity with PHP to do it myself in such limited time. Most of the syntax errors are simple (I think several are nested quote problems eg " where there should be a " or ' etc) This is small work but because I have extra requirements Im willing to pay above the average. The extra requirements are: configure [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] if needed and this project is to be run on the latest version of WAMP. I want this to be fire-and-forget so basically I want to install whatever you send me back and see it work without any additional configuration on my part. To be honset for someone who knows what they are doing this is about two hours work. Ive attached a jpeg showing my browser output and the script thats causing the issues. This is typical of the kind of syntax errors Im dealing with.
