I need a way to load a [login to view URL] file 4 times a day using some sort of automatic thing like cron.
It will change the surf timer at a traffic site a few times a day and then back to original.
The surf timer is located in the [login to view URL] file and not by itself.
It needs to be able to be easily adapted by me as to time changes.
