Create link module for my site

I have looked around the php code sites for a link exchange program but never found one with he stuff I want in it. I have attached the project. If you have questions you can ask in PM. If you don't have questions something is wrong. This only a module. I will own all rights to it. However, if you want to I will let you package it and sell as an add on or complete site or both, as long as my software holds the rights via contract we will give resale rights to you. I will even be your first affiliate.
