Complete vBulletin & Membership site Setup & Integration

I am looking for an expert vbulletin programmer - I need a vbulletin forum setup from the scratch - I have some mods and custom codings that I will explain. I also need the membership site setup -- I can purchase a membership script if it makes the job easier. I will then need the forum and the membership site integrated such that members will only be able to register through the membership site. I will also need an affiliate / referral system on the membership site such that users can get paid for referrals. I should be able to integrate the membership site with some major payment gateways such as paypal and clickbank. I can give you examples of how I want the vbulletin forum should look and also an example of how the membership site should be. I will only consider those with prior experience working with vbulletin and will haveto show me proof of previous work with vBulletin.
