Clone or similar to dotspotter.com

I would like a similiar site to dotspotter. I am hoping someone already has something similiar and can just add features to make it similar. Or else build it using existing WordPress or SimpleMachines TinyPortal. Or whatever system you have. I like to use AJAX for certain things like voting, image gallery, and posting of stories. So you should know Prototype, or JQuery, or MooTools, or Mochikit.
