Amazon Turk Coding Task...

I need someone to help integrate Amazon Turk with my site. Work needs to be done in PHP. I need to pass your script a template with the Amazon Turk question, along with an ID number. Then I need the workers' results passed back to another PHP script with the same ID number. Must be done in PHP4 or PHP5, and mySQL (if necessary). This is needed for a classifieds area on my web site, to approve classified ads. The question will be something like: "Does this classified ad violate any of the following rules: X, Y, Z <display classified ad> YES / NO" ...answers need to be sent back to a PHP script (that I will write) that will do the rest -- the return script is not your responsibility to code. In addition, I need a PHP script that, given a classified ad's ID number, will take any active Amazon Turk hits offline with that ID.
