Add "edit" botton to php page calling a mysql database

It's about a private dating database. There is a record for every user with some datas: name, age, photo, etc. Now there is a "customer" page whit a form that has everything i need but it's uneditable from the admin side. What i need is to edit (or create) some php pages to add this feature: - add an "edit" button to modify previously inserted data (now i do this editing with phpmyadmin) - upload a photo from the admin page - add "city" field (already existing in the database) to the list of user (now it shows name an age) - make it work the "city" filter in the search funtion. It's just a php problem, should be quite easy for a php skilled one.
