Bug fixes with jquery mobile, iScroll and phone gap framework

Why work on this project: We have lots of similar projects in the pipe line and we're looking for a developer to complete those. What it is: We have built an application using PHP, HTML, CSS and jQuery mobile. We use Phone Gap to build and compile that code for iPad and Android tablet devices. The APP can be seen at: http://qandaapp.scienceacademy.org.au/Q&AApp2/ we are currently using testflight to deploy and test the app on iPad devices. What you need to do: BUG 1: The pinch and zoom function was working on the iPad versions but something broke it. You'll need to debug it and fix it. I'm assuming the feature was implemented using either jquery mobile or a phone gap feature. BUG 2: jQuery Mobile iScroll seems to set a height in some circumstances before all the content/images has fully loaded. This prevents us from scrolling to all the content that is available. (Set iScroll Area) BUG 3: When you navigate between pages the top image banner flickers like it is reloading every time. FEATURE 1: Add alert box when a user opens the app saying "Internet connection required"
