I require a fairly simple tube style site for adult content. User uploads are not required as I will control all content. I'd like users to be able to rate and comment on videos, and I need the ability to email all members with a weekly update of new content added. Requires the ability to display relevant text links and banners next to each video, and space for other advertising. I will supply site logo PSD file to be integrated into the site design.
